The New England Fertility Society is pleased to invite you to join us in the White Mountains of New Hampshire at the OMNI Mt. Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods for the 20th Annual Meeting of the New England Fertility Society
on Friday, May 10-Sunday, May 12, 2024.

Or you may call reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI (1-800-843-6664) and mention the New England Fertility Society Annual Meeting. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. The NEFS strongly recommends that you secure your room early whereas there are a limited number of rooms available at this special group rate. Once the group rooms are sold out, you will have the option to reserve a room on a space-available only basis. Reservations made after , April 19, 2024 will be on a space–available–only basis and the group rate will no longer apply.
(Please note that a one night’s room deposit is required by the hotel at the time of reservation. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the meeting you will be charged a one-night's fee. No shows will also be charged to the card on file. If you need to depart early, you will be charged a departure fee if you don't notify the hotel prior to 7 days in advance of this change.)
The special group rates at the OMNI Mt. Washington Hotel are *$249 AND *$299
(*This rate does not include room taxes and fees, or the discounted $20 resort fee).
The discounted resort fee includes premium high-speed internet, access to all resort fitness centers and pools, local and domestic phone calls, and digital access to the Wall Street Journal. Also included in the resort fee services is resort shuttle service, and seasonal historical tours.
