The New England Fertility Society is pleased to invite you to join us in
BOSTON, MA at the Park Plaza Hotel at the
18th Annual Meeting of the New England Fertility Society on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
Boston Park Plaza is centrally located in Boston, a 3-minute walk from Newbury Street and 7 minutes by foot from Boston Public Garden. There are many local attractions within walking distance as well. Logan airport is closest and recommended by the hotel for guests flying into Boston for this event.
The special group rate at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel is $269
(This rate does not include 16.45% room tax). Included in the group rate is the WAIVED destination fee allowing complimentary access to wifi in your guest room and in the meeting space, luxury on-site health club, bottle of water at check in and the Press Reader. Other hotel amenities include concierge, room service, 2 onsite restaurants, gift shop and many more. Self Parking at the hotel is $40 and valet is $62. (You may park at any of the area parking garages in the area by utilizing any of the parking apps).

Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am.The NEFS strongly recommends that you secure your room early whereas there are a limited number of rooms available at this special group rate. Once the group rooms are sold out, you will have the option to reserve a room on a space-available only basis. Reservations made after April 20, 2022 will be on a space–available–only basis and the group rate will no longer apply. (Please note that a one night’s room deposit is required by the hotel at the time of reservation. If you cancel less than 3 days in advance of the meeting you will be charged a one-night's deposit.)
