President-Elect: The President-Elect will serve a one-year term as President-Elect and ultimately will succeed to President the following term and then sit for one year as the outgoing President. This is a three-year responsibility (2027-2029). The Responsibilities of President-Elect are to learn about all the responsibilities of the President and society. Other responsibilities include serving as the Academic Chair for the Annual Meeting that falls in the year that the President is active (2028).
MEMBER-AT-LARGE – STATES:The STATE Member-at-Large will serve a 2-year term (2027-2028). The responsibilities of the STATE member-at-large is to represent their STATE members and to be an active participant in all board responsibilities including attendance at the Executive Committee Meetings prior to each of the 3 Quarterly Meetings and the Annual Meeting each year.
Member-at-Large, SPECIALTY: The SPECIALTY Member-at-Large will serve a 2-year term (2027-2028). The responsibilities of the SPECIALTY member-at-large are to represent the interests of their SPECIALTY. The responsibilities of the SPECIALTY member-at-large are to be an active participant in all board responsibilities which includes attendance at 4 Executive Committee Meetings per year scheduled prior to each of the 3 Quarterly Meetings and the Annual Meeting each year.
