DESCRIPTION:
If we want to feel more successful in life or work, we first need to understand which parts are going well and which parts need attention. This talk is an opportunity to learn and complete a coaching tool that gives a quick snapshot of how life and work are going, as well as provides a roadmap and opportunity for creating change.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  • Attendees will complete the Personal Wheel Assessment, and learn how to adapt it to assess their
         office functioning.
  • Attendees will learn a 3-step process for creating new thoughts, behaviors, or processes.
  • Attendees will learn about the prefrontal cortex, and how completing the Wheel and action plan
         engage effective thinking.
