Dr. Gargiulo is a reproductive endocrinologist at the Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery of Brigham and Women’s Hospital since 1996, where he practices with a strong focus on reproductive surgery.

An alumnus of University of the Naples Medical School, in Italy, he completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in reproductive biology and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, before completing a clinical fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He has joined the faculty at Harvard Medical School in 1996, where he is currently associate professor.
Dr. Gargiulo is the recipient of multiple awards related to his activity as a reproductive surgeon, including two AAGL Kott Awards for Technical Innovation, four ASRM Star Awards and the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization award for Technical Innovation.

Dr. Gargiulo is internationally renown for his pioneering role in the development of robot-assisted reproductive surgery.
