DESCRIPTION: Case-based/evidence-based review of treatment approaches for ovulation induction in anovulatory and unexplained infertility.

 At the end of this program, the participant should be able to:

1. To discuss the treatment mechanisms and goals of contemporary ovulation induction for infertility.
2. To review the respective efficacy, risks and limitations of metformin, clomiphene citrate and aromatase inhibitors for ovulation induction.
3. To develop and consistent evidence-based approach for ovulation induction in women with anovulatory and unexplained infertility
