Marc A. Frtiz, MD
Marc A. Fritz, MD received his bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy and his medical degree from Tulane University. He completed a flexible internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the USAF Medical Center–Wright-Patterson in Dayton, Ohio and received his subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Oregon Health & Science University. Currently, he is Professor and Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Fritz has served as the subspecialty representative for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility on the Executive Board of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a past president of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Currently, he chairs the Practice Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, is a member of the Standards and Practice Committee of the International Federation of Fertility Societies, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is co-author, with Dr. Leon Speroff, of the textbook, Clinical Gynecologic Endocrinology and Infertility. BACK TO FACULTY LIST |
