Darius A. Paduch, MD, PhD

Dr. Paduch is an assistant professor of urology and reproductive medicine at Brady Urological Health Center. As a urologist with an additional fellowship training in male infertility and andrology his practice focuses on diagnosis, management, and treatment of diseases affecting male fertility, sexual function, testosterone production, and overall men's health. He also sees patients with general urological problems, like hydrocele, scrotal masses, difficulties with urination, and many others.

Dr. Paduch provides state of the art and compassionate medical and surgical care for adolescents and men of all ages.

He is internationally known for his work on prevalence, pathophysiology, and treatment outcomes of adolescent varicocele, and is often cited in other publications on varicocele. More recently he pioneered new molecular methods of diagnosing men with Klinefelter syndrome, and other genetic causes of male infertility, and testosterone deficiency. He has received many awards for his research work at national meetings.

Dr. Paduch is both a clinician and scientist with a PhD degree. He has an active laboratory where he and his team work on new methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting men's fertility, sexual function, and testosterone production.
