2nd NEFS Quarterly Meeting/10th Annual Meeting

Friday and Saturday, April 27 to 28, 2012
The Cliff House, Ogunquit, Maine

The registration fees for the New England Fertility Society (NEFS) Annual Assembly are:
$225 for MDs and PhDs who are members of NEFS;
$125 for Nurses, Embryologists, Lab Technicians, Students, Trainees, Fellows and other Support Staff who are members of NEFS;
$300 for MDs and PhDs who are NOT members of NEFS**;
$220 for Nurses, Embryologists, Lab Technicians, Students, Trainees, Fellows and other Support Staff who are NOT members of NEFS**.

This fee includes: all plenary sessions and materials, one breakfast, one lunch, a dinner buffet, cocktail and dessert receptions, faculty wine reception and break refreshments.

Payments may be made by check, credit card or money order. All completed registrations will be acknowledged via email. (It is important to include an email you check regularly to receive this information and any other updated information related to the meeting).

Cancellations must be received no later than March 23, 2012. Cancellations made after this date will be assessed a $100 administrative fee and the NEFS will not issue refunds after
March 23, 2012.

The NEFS recommends that you register early whereas space is limited for this annual event.
