The program will provide participants with an update on many controversial and clinically relevant topics including implantation physiology, luteal phase dysfunction and unexplained implantation failure.  Recurrent pregnancy loss and its causes will be discussed.  An in depth review of the FASTT  trial results and a discussion of strategies to minimize the risk of HIV transmission as well as a review of legal aspects of embryo cryopreservation, storage and subsequent disposition and strategies for dealing with difficult patients will be included.
